IT’S CAMP MEETING TIME!
Dear Fellow Workers, Board of Directors and Church Leaders:
Greetings! I pray that each one of us will enjoy the upcoming Sabbath hours in a spirit of adoration and gratitude to as we come before God’s presence to worship Him.
Our Virtual Camp Meeting will begin this coming Wednesday, July 29. There is an excitement in the air regarding this “spiritual gathering” in this new format for this year’s meetings. I am certain that God has many blessings to bestow upon us during our Camp Meeting. Please find the promotional video for our Camp Meeting in the link:

I would like to bring to your attention some important details related to our program and how to access it.
1 – The first meeting (Main Pavilion) will be on Wednesday at 7:00 pm. A link to the program will be placed on our website, a few minutes before that time. The purpose for this is to allow the audio/visual people to adjust the equipment of those churches which will be hosting the event. That procedure will be the same for all mornings and evenings programs.
2 – The Main Pavilion program is all pre-recorded. The Teens and Children’s Divisions will be on Zoom (live). Parents will need to have a waiver filled and signed before their children can join the program, except for the parts that were pre-recorded (children’s program). All adults participating in the Children’s Divisions will also need to sign a waiver for their participation in those programs. Please find below the link to those forms, including a tutorial for signing the forms online.

***Please share these links and encourage the members of your congregations (parents of children) to fill and send the applicable forms to the Conference ASAP. Those forms are also posted on our website.***
3 – The Wave program will be partially pre-recorded and on Zoom (live). The links will be also posted on our website as mentioned on item # 1 above.
4 – The schedule of all meetings is already on our website and it will be updated daily to include any change that may happen in the program.
5 – On sabbath morning we will have complete services – Sabbath School (10:00 am) and Worship Service (11:00 am). For those churches which will be opening and screening those services to their members, we expect the physical distancing to be respected.
6 – Please check our website for all information related to our Camp Meeting.
Most importantly, I kindly request all of us to pray for God’s presence and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us during this Virtual Camp Meeting. Let’s place ourselves in His hands and claim His promise found in II Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (NIV).
Happy Sabbath!
In His Service,
Wesley Torres
