Our Real Source of Power!
Greetings from Abbotsford! This morning I will share God’s Word with the Church in the Valley (CIV) family. They have amazing ministries happening in their church like the Acts of Kindness, which provides wonderful humanitarian services to their local community. Also, our CIV brothers and sisters prayed and depended on the Lord and He led the way in the building of a facility that fitted their vision and mission perfectly — to be hands and feet of Jesus where He planted them to shine for Him. Please pray for the Church in the Valley today.
My heart was deeply touched by a beautiful quotation from the SOP during my devotional this morning. It reads:
“Christ connects fallen man in his weakness and helplessness with the Source of infinite power.” (EGW, SC, 20)
I pray that all of us will always be intimately connected with our Saviour Jesus, our real source of power!
Please pray for our Pastors and Principals Meeting at Camp Hope from tomorrow until Wednesday. God blessed and provided us with a very special and qualified group of theologians, our main presenters, from our Biblical Research Institute (GC). It will be a time for deep study and reflection in His Word, purposing to equip all of us to better serve our Constituency.
Let the blessings of our experience with the 10 Days of Prayer (concluding today) guide us throughout 2019!
