Encourage One Another
I would like to say Happy Sabbath to each and every one of you on this blessed day of rest.
Unfortunately my computer has not been cooperating lately, and to top it off I seem to have picked up a very nasty bug, so I am truly resting on this day of rest. I would encourage you to lift each other up in prayer today, especially those of your members who are absent from your local church. I would also like to encourage you to go one step further and give them a phone call or message them on social media to let them know that they are missed and to see if there is anything they might need.
I would like to leave you with an encouraging promise from the scriptures that we all know very well by heart “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3-16 (KJV)
