Presidential Blessing: November 5
.
Greetings from Kelowna! Today I will be of service to the Wildwood Church family, one of the few churches in our Conference I never had the privilege to minister to before. I am happy with this opportunity.

I returned from the NAD Year-end Meeting on Wednesday. I was (am) thrilled with the reports and the way the Lord is blessing His church throughout our Division. Then, yesterday I travelled to Kelowna with Kenny and had a few spiritual meetings here, while my little body played with some of his friends. At the end of the day I was tired but happy with the way the Lord had led and blessed the day – the safe travel, the meetings that took place, and the results that were achieved, by His grace. However, He reserved a special blessing for the closing of our day. A loving couple invited my son and I to their place for the first moments of the Sabbath day and for a meal. We were touched by their gesture. They received us with a friendly and welcoming smile and we saw the sincerity of their friendship in their eyes. The meal was delicious but more than that, our hearts were overjoyed by the provision the Lord made through them for a special transition for the Sabbath hours and the privilege to feel at home and be part of a family here – God’s family. God is good! He knows our needs.

My message today is a simple one: It is a privilege to belong to the family of God! He knows all of us – even the number of our hairs (Luke 12:7). He has made all the necessary provisions for us because He wants us to be part of His family (I John 3:1; Eph. 1:5), and He desires that we live in harmony with one another and be happy (Col. 3:12-17).

I pray that all of us will be conduits of God’s love as we worship Him in His House and as we serve and encourage His people today, in His name.

Please continue to motivate your congregations to pray and work together so that we can reach 150 souls for God’s Kingdom in our Conference during the last 120 Days of this year (Sept 3-Dec 31).

Happy Sabbath!

In His Service,
