He has fought the good fight and we are sad, yet happy to say 'we will see you in the morning'.

Just like his Facebook cover page of the rising sun over Williams Lake, he will arise from there to meet his Lord and start up a new conversation with all of us.

He died May 1, 2014 in the early morning hours.

As he had wished, he was able to be cared for at home with his family close by.

He said to the end, he love us and the last words on his lips yesterday morning were whispers of prayer.

We praise God for answering our prayers for a comfortable passing.

A big thank you to the hundreds of friends, students, church members and family for your messages of encouragement and making us aware of your continued intersession to God on his behalf.

God Bless you for being his friends and allowing him to have good relaxing times sharing stories, tid-bits or challenging you for the highest scores in games.

He will challenge you to a game of something.... "when we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be. When we all see Jesus, we'll sing and shout the VICTORY."

A graveside service is being planned in his last home town, Williams Lake for the end of next week. Time to be announced.

From Carolyn, his saddened wife.
